Loan officer Dick Fortney was a complete jerk to me. Was a member for four years. Never late on a car payment. Had applied for a different loan one year on a Monday with no response. I call Tuesday evening and he was smart with me when I asked about the procedure. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or what. Other than that first and last encounter with him, I had a very pleasant experience with Mid-East Tennessee Community Credit.

They are always there. Hometown folks who offer a great service. Mr Fortney has not only financed several cars for my family he had also offered advise as to help raise our credit scores. People on here giving bad reviews are bogus. These folks are awesome. Bottom line pay your bills and these folks will help ya out without robbing you blind.
Loan officer will approve anyone for an vehicle loan. He suggest one of his personal vehicles for me. I was desperate wiidowed mom of 3 without transportation. I thought he was a good person trusted him to suggest a reliable vehicle WRONG. Less than a year the transmission blew up and I'm now paying for a car I no longer have in order to keep mine and my Co signers credit in good standing. Unlike Dick my word is good I am paying my debit. It's pretty sketchy how he works and I know he'll get a good ole dose of Jesus justice eventually..
